Jan 19

I decided to try boot camp class this morning. Oh lord, 15 minutes into it I realized it wasn't something my neck could handle so I went and used the elliptical for another 30 minutes. I came home and felt like crap. I had the worst migraine. Even worse after a nap. I still planned on going out but instead went to the dr who gave me 2 scripts and a list of medicine and food I should have for the next few days. Since I know more than the doctor, obviously, I had a piece of fruit. Yea, not a good idea at ALL! I was up ALL night in pain. yikes....lol...oh well...it happens.

Jan 19

I didn't take a class yesterday. I spent most of the morning wedding dress shopping for my mom. I went and did the elliptical  for a bit but that was about it. I planned on going country line dancing but when I got to the bar it was closed. I guess they just weren't busy enough to stay open. Oh well.....will work out doubly hard tomorrow

Jan 14-15

So On Friday morning I went to Bally's and took a Kwando class. Wow what a fun class that was!! Right after I went to the store and bought my goal size bikini. I ate healthy until I went dancing at Switch Friday after work and then had a small half of a chicken parm sandwich. Yikes!

Saturday...sooooooooo sore..even my toes hurt. no gym for me this weekend. taking 2 days to let my body rest and will be back at it on Monday morning.

Jan 13. 2011

Last night I decided to try going to bed at a reasonable hour so I was asleep around 12:30. What did that mean?? I was up at 6am!!!! I went to moms and had tea with her and then headed to the gym for a 9:30 spin class. OMG!!! What a work out. It felt like my legs were made out of jelly. 10.5 hours of work after that. I'm so glad I sit at work but man did I get stiff. LOL

breakfast: fiber 1 bar, coffee
lunch: reduced sodium minestrone soup
dinner: 6" turkey sub, 7 grain bread, no cheese, lettuce and tomato
snack: baked chips, whole pomegranate

Jan 12, 2011

After an absolutely disastrous 2010 I decided 2011 is going to be my year. Part of my resolution is to find peace and happiness and the other is to have a cougar body by bikini season. Today was the first day since heart surgery that I went to the gym. My neck hurts slightly and my arm is a little tingly but I had a complete workout.

5 miles on the bike on a fat burn course
5 miles on the elliptical
2 miles walking on the track
went through a few machines for my thighs



This picture is me at my heaviest....This is November 17, 2010. Since this picture I've lost 15 pounds. I'm already on my way!!!!
